Our 21mm Mahogany Collagen Casings For Smoke are perfect for making larger diameter snack sticks and other small sausages. These durable but tender casings are easy to use and can be easily hung from smokehouse sticks during processing. Each strand will stuff about 9 lbs of meat. Caddie contains 78 strands that will stuff about 366 lbs.
Note: These casings are ready to stuff. No soaking necessary. Keep edible collagen casings refrigerated. (Will keep up to 6 months).
