The Opinel No.08 Stainless Steel Mushroom Knife features a sharp stainless steel curved blade to help cut delicate fungi in hard to reach places. With a serrated edge on the back of the blade to scrape off debris, and a boars hair bristle brush on the end of the comfortable beech wood handle to wipe away dirt. It features built in tools to help with cleaning while out in the field!
To lock your knife, simply twist the locking ring clockwise into the closed position during transport, turn the locking ring counterclockwise to prevent the blade from folding during use.
