Nothing gives us more satisfaction than introducing new people to fly fishing, or welcoming newcomers to Newfoundland & Labrador to experience our rivers and streams. We are proud to offer these fishing services to novices and pros alike.

Free Line Spooling

When you purchase your tackle at Outdoor Pros we’ll spool it on your reel for Free.  Can’t tie knots, don’t worry, we know lots.

  • If you purchase your rod, reel, line or backing at Outdoor Pros, we’re happy to spool it Free of charge.
  • If you’ve purchased your tackle elsewhere we’re happy to spool it for  a nominal fee.
  • Spinning Reels ( Freshwater or Saltwater all sizes ) $7
  • Fly Reels ( All Sizes ) $9

Licences

We wouldn’t be a Pro Shop without having the right Licences.  We stock plenty of resident and non-resident Atlantic Salmon and Trout licences for your adventures.

Wader & Boot Rentals Program

Our Simms Wader Rental Service is Back for the 23′ Season! We’re excited to continue our tradition of outfitting anglers for the river. Starting in April we’ll be taking bookings for Men’s, Women’s and Kids waders and boots. Our rental service is ideal for new anglers and come-from-aways. Check back for updates and availability.

Tackle Rental Program

We don’t just rent waders & boots, with our Tackle Rental Program, you can rent the gear you need for your Newfoundland and Labrador adventure. This popular program is back for the 23′ Season. Check back for updates and availability in April.

Rod & Reel Repair

We stock rod tips and eyes for broken rods and some parts for your favorite reels.  If we can’t fix it in store we can hook you up with some local experts or connect you with the warranty depots who can help you.
