Venaird Venpol Detergent

Venaird Venpol Detergent is specially formulated  to soak and de-grease feathers or fur material.  This allows deeper and more effective penetration of the dye when creating your own colored hackle and hair. You can find our full Veniard Dye lineup here.

Dying your own tying materials opens up a whole new world of tying opportunities.  From one batch of feathers or fur, you can dye  a bunch of color variations to apply to your favorite patterns.  Buying a full saddle or cape and dying feathers in multiple colors is also more economical than purchasing them all individually.

This detergent is highly concentrated so as a guide, mix 6.5ml to 1L of water before soaking your materials. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.  Rubber gloves are a smart idea when handling this detergent and dying materials.
